Guild Creation Bug - Yellow server

I am trying to create a guild for my group of friends and their stream viewers on the Pokemon Revolution Online Yellow Server. I have 104+ hours play time and have $900,000+ and have the Membership Buff (if that matters). Everytime I try to create a guild, no matter the name, I get "System: This Guild name is already taken."

 

I have tried the following names as of now:

Kappa, KappaKeepo, KappaKlub, KappaNation, KappaKeepoHD, TeamKappa, KappaPride, Salt, PJSalt, Exiles, Zenocides, AlreadyTaken, TooManyGuilds, asdf, Twitchinites, GuildsAreBugged, BrokeAF, sjvnzsbseikvzns

 

I have also tried relogging and tried using a different computer.
