I just wondered about the right Moveset for my Moxie Gyarados. <br/>

Atm I run: Dragon Dance, Earthquake, Crunch, Surf<br/>

So I know that Surf isn't that great since it does spatk dmg. <br/>

Can anyone tell me what I can take instead of Surf ? I thought about something like Waterfall, but since it isn't available by now I'm still missing 1 skill :(<br/>
