I know that few pokes before share same problem with abilities, like Voluaby or Sandile, but in case of rarity of Lileep I can't check that issue on my own. As far I know that I've never saw an any Storm Drain Lileep Cradily in game. :Angel: btw sandile/Evo missed their ability in the dex too, the one with abi in dex should be in game i guess.
