221479 I have strong feelings, but I can't proof that, the Lileep/Cradiliy miss there h.a. - storm drain. I know that few pokes before share same problem with abilities, like Voluaby or Sandile, but in case of rarity of Lileep I can't check that issue on my own. As far I know that I've never saw an any Storm Drain Lileep Cradily in game.

btw sandile/Evo missed their ability in the dex too, the one with abi in dex should be in game i guess.
