i'm tryng to open my account in a different computer. When i do that, the game starts from the begin. Is that happens cause i need de DATA PRO FILE? Can i have two DATA FILE in one computer?

Uh, you probably had selected the wrong server most likely.

 

Try making sure that the server is the correct one which has all your current progress. All data relating to your progress is not on your computer, but on the game server itself.

I just use the RED server. And i'm opening the right one. :(

Well that's impossible if that the case. I have switch between two computers without needing to switch files back to back (due to nothing except items in the item slots below are saved locally) and is able to login between both just fine without any issues of making my account start at the beginning introduction of Professor Oak. Are you positive?

My caracter is normal. the hairstyle, clothes... but no poke and no items. It starts on that screen that have a waterfall and prof. Oak, that is the begin.

As Piine has said, game data is not saved locally but on the server. Have you double-checked that you're using the correct account login information, and not accessing an alternate account by mistake?
