Hi, in the future please do not hijack another user's thread.

 

If your game is telling you that you're banned when you try to log in, but your account status shows no ban reason, then it's likely an issue with your IP address. Make sure to avoid playing on a public IP address (cybercafes, libraries, universities, etc), and reset your IP address as necessary. You should be able to log in afterwards.

Try to reset your router and wait for a few minutes before turning it back on. Let me know how it works.
