Reasons to be in a guild is to interact better with the community and some guilds offer a lot of help to newer players. In the future they might add extra features for guilds, but noone really knows exactly what changes they will make. You can create a guild by typing /gcreate. You need to pay 400K and must've played at least 100 hours to do so.
