I first tried to teach my Vaporeon Ice Beam from the tm you find on the way to Cinnabar Island, I confirmed it and the screen went down but the move hadnt changed. So I assumed it was just a bug and that i was a tm down so i continued but then once id gotten my Vaporeon to level 45 i went to teach it Hydro pump I confirmed, but when i went to look it had learned Last Resort. thought id best find out if it a big problem because i dont want all my stuff to do this?
