I'm using Win 10 32 bits and since that i installed the 32bits version of Pokemon Revolution the graphics are with glitch. Look the imagem below:

Hi, graphical issues like this can happen when the game isn't extracted properly. Try removing your game files and then re-extracting the files using 7zip, if you originally used WinRar. Let me know how it goes.
