Hi, topic says it all. I want to play Miltank like a tank with its healing ability.

 

My Miltank:

Ability: Thick Fat

Nature: Impish (+10% Def, -10% spatk)

 

Ivs:

ATK: 10

DEF: 30

SPD: 18

SPATK: 13

SPDEF: 28

HP: 20

 

Which Evs i should train and how much on them? Which attacks should i learn it?

252 HP 252 DEF 4 speed.

Milk drink

Body slam

Toxic / Thunderwave

Stealth rock / Heal Bell.

Also you could run Curse in one of the last 2 move slots.
