Account recovery problem, Admin required please!

Hey,

 

I was trying to recover my account, as a friend reminded me of this game, but unfortunately I could not find the email i used for registering (could've been a throwaway I used due to registration issues which I can vaguely remember), I tried guessing my username/password but no luck there, also tried the forgot password page (no forgot username page available?) but it requires both username and password... Now, I remembered I donated back in the day, so I looked through my PayPal and was able to find 2 transactions to PRO, but there is no nicknames on their descriptions either.

 

So, here I am... You might think why I didn't just contact support directly (privately), well I can't find any email address to do that, apparently from what I read browsing this forum is that private messages sent to staff are not read(deleted, "trashed"), the support IRC won't let me connect to it (connection timeout) :S and I'm generally out of options to contact the staff here other than making this post.

 

I would appreciate if I could get in touch with an Admin who would be willing to help me recover my account, I have an idea of my username, I have rough date of when I played and I also have the transaction date/ID/information upon request. I'm hopeful its enough to recover my account, but if not tough luck I guess :/

Okay, You've come to the right place. Pm me your old username, or a few options that you think it could be. And give me a few possible emails candidates, and we can get this party started.

Seems I can't yet, due to only registering to post this a few minutes ago:

 

"We are sorry, but you are not authorised to use this feature. You may have just registered here and may need to participate more in discussions to be able to use this feature."

 

Is there an email I can contact you on instead? or do you have some kind of a spam post(I'm guessing this means my post count is too low)?

How about introducing yourself to the community here first :Grin:

That will bump up your post count and you should be able to PM Sereii afterwards.

Do not contact staff members for private support. Share your questions on the forums as they could be useful to others.

Thanks for the suggestion, I went and Introduced myself, and as you've said was now able to send a PM to Sereii, hopefully what little information I could remember and provide is enough to get my account back into action.
