i have a "problem", im missing one of the berrys you need to continue this quest, Cheri Berry is the one im missing, i think that i use it by accident, there is something i can do about it or should i try to buy one from the trade?

You need a pecha berry. I'm not sure of the nearest one to the ship, but you can get off the ship and go find one before completing the quest.

i already have the pecha berry same as the chesto berry the ones you can get from the bins in the SSanne ship, but Jenson just says "Err, hello there" im busy with paperwork.

To clarify, you need to select the dialogue options about helping when you speak to the doctor in the kitchen - you'll be able to deliver the Pecha Berry after that. Glad it worked out for you, enjoy your game!
