Like in the Pokémon games, I feel like the hp & xp stats should be in battles, and the HP bar should be orange when the hp is under 50%, red under 20% (not sure).´

Agreed. I thought the same thing when I started, that it was weird for the bar to remain green. I don't mind the HP thing THAT much, since I can easily project in my head how much of the bar is taken and how many attacks more I need to faint them. Still, it could be useful I guess.

And also why do we see the xp gain right after using a skill without even yet seeing the enemy pokemon lose hp/fall, it spoils the fight.
