I'm stuck in Cerulean City and I don't know how to get to Saffron City I beat the gym leader went all the way to bills house got the cruise ticket from him but I don't know how to go down to Saffron City because theirs trees blocking the path and I don't have the cut TM is their somewhere I'm suppose to get the cut tm I have about 45k money to pay if I need to buy it but yea I dont know where to go

 

(Edit) Ignore this after looking around i found how to get out lol im a idiot

Yep, you just need to talk to the guard at the top right of the city after getting the ticket and the badge. Glad to hear the issue's been resolved, enjoy your game!
