I was going to past to route 11 to get my bike

I was in route 12 and when I enter the building my screen got stuck on loading map then I reset the program and when I reload the game with my account it started a new game, I came with the asumption that my account was reset.

I don't care about my lvl 45 pokemon but these problem should be fix thanks for reading.

Hi, have you double checked that you're logging in on the correct server? Also, please make sure your login information was entered correctly.
