Hi, I've split your topic from the other thread as this is an issue separate from the Loading Map problem.

 

When you receive the "User already logged in" prompt, it means that you weren't able to log out properly, which causes the server to continue registering your account session as active even though you've already logged out from the game. Unfortunately, all you can do is wait for the next server reboot in this case.

 

We can't give you an ETA on when the next server reboot will be, but you can keep an eye on the server status here. If the server you play on says "Offline" or has only been up for a short period of time, that's a good indicator that a reboot is imminent or has already happened.
