Hi, the "User already logged in" bug can occur when you haven't logged out properly, and the game registers your account session as still active. The good news is that there shouldn't be another user playing on your account, it's just an issue of being deadlocked to the server. Unfortunately, the only way to solve this is to wait for a server reboot.
