Hello there !

I'm writting to call for some help. Yesterday at about 23:15 (UTC +00) happened a crash. Something like 5min before, I made a lot of efforts to catch a Mantine and I used 16 Ultra balls this way.

This morning, I had a big surprise. 1st There's no Mantine in my Pokebox and I've lost my 16 ultraballs... I feel a bit disapointed of this. Could you help me in a certain way, coz I don't feel it fair.

Seems like you got rollback-ed.

I'm sorry for your loss, but unfortunately, there's nothing we can do about it.

Next time, I advice you to re-log to force save the data of your game play, just in case the server crashes and you lose something valuable due to rollback.

Do not contact staff members for private support. Share your questions on the forums as they could be useful to others.

Yeah, that is what i'm used to. I always log out 5min before restarts.

But this time it wasn't anounced, it just crashed.

In the future, I'd recommend logging out after you've caught something rare and/or valuable, since that's a surefire way to preserve your data in case of an unexpected server crash.
