My kingler lvl56 have "guillotine"

 

Do You know if "Guillotine" works against Pokemons lvl"??" ?

Will have no chance of 1 hit KO-ing a Pokemon higher-leveled than your Kingler.

Yeah I know but... what level is "??" ¿?

If you're referring to important NPC battles such as gym battles, the "??" level is purposely there in order to increase suspense and make the game more challenging, as you won't know the NPC's exact levels.

 

Theoretically, if your Kingler is high enough level, Guillotine should still work. However, I'd suggest not relying on Guillotine during these battles, seeing as 1) you can't see the opponent's levels to confirm the move will even work, and 2) Guillotine already has low enough accuracy when it does work.
