Hi guys, there's my problem, i tried to defeat Red, but i failed (like one month ago) now i've been again where he's suppose to be but he didn't spawn, is that normal (that i had only one chance) or he has a cooldown and he didn't respawn for a bug ?

for me i lost twice cus the server went down in the middle of the fight then it didnt spawn again, but i got access to trainers valley anyway and the game acted like i defeated him so i guess you will experience the same
