I was so excited to hear the new update, download the new client. Since the last one, I can't play in the pc, I have windowns 7 and the same message continues

The crash report folder named "2016-08-04_105326" next to game executable. It wold be great if you'd send it to the developer of the game"

 

And yes , I've tried everything recommended and nothing worked.

 

I think the way is expected to have link to android to see if it i can play again :/

Hi there. I know you've said you've tried recommendations already, but just to clarify - you've already tried the steps listed in this guide? That guide has solved the issue for most users who get that error message.

 

If you have, and you're continuing to have client issues, make sure to check that your drivers are up-to-date, and reinstall your DirectX files. You can do so with the link listed in this guide.
