Can you please provide a little more info so we can assist you properly Some suggestions without knowing more info delete whatever you currently have download new client https://tiny.cc/PROx64 (if your on 32bit then https://tiny.cc/PROx86 ) After downloading program your going to want to have a program like 7zip to extract it.
