Would anyone care to help me with a problem with gligar because it's extremely hard for me to find a razor fang and no one is willing to help me. All I really need are the exact locations and methods to getting a razor fang. Also is it true that gligar cannot evolve?

You can possibly get Razor Fangs from using the Dig move on cracks in caves or on the ground. Also pretty sure it can be evolved by the same way it states in Bulbapedia and the original games.
