Tonka Posted September 23, 2015 Share Posted September 23, 2015 The Bird Keeper Carter that stands in front of the Poke center on route 13 should have its range of detection shortened to detect once player gets in front of fence opening otherwise he blocks the entrance until he resets when player leaves zone.
