Note: earlier today I was playing normally. Hi, can you clarify what the issue is? From this screenshot, it seems like you're in queue, which is normal. Do you mean that you're getting stuck at the same queue position for a long time? Check your Internet connection, restart your client, restart your PC, etc. Sometimes it also takes a while for the queue number to move, so please try to wait patiently. Topic moved to proper forum.
