I can't go north of Viridian city. An old man stops me on a constant basis and tells me to go check the school when I have already checked it previously and done everything there.

 

Would love a solution.

And go back to school to talk with Jackson again

I have a bug and fight with Jackson and went to find her mother and the mother left the house, but never came to school and talk to everyone in both cities and keep telling me to talk to the parents but the house jackson It is empty and we saw tutorials. please help !!!! it's a bug

A friend of mine had the same issue, and I assume many others as well. You can move forward, actually. The bug will still occur though.
