I make sure it is broken and test it with my friend.

Hi there. From the screenshots you've posted, this doesn't actually appear to be a bug. As per Bulbapedia's description of critical hit mechanics, critical hits do not ignore the attack debuff you receive from being burned. That means that your Honchkrow's critical hit Night Slash damage will still be halved if it's burned. Hopefully that clears things up!
