On the forum thread with the complete Pokedex for PRO I read that you can get Dratini at Safari Entrance and Safari Area 2 is that true?

You need a Super Rod to catch dratini but, here is the Pokedex data for you:

Yeah you can only catch it with a Super Rod, even then its pretty hard so when you get it a reminder that if u don't get a single one in one day, its not just a bug. It took me three days to get one :Cry:

Its also listed as a members ONLY pokemon safari zone EXCLUSIVE. So unless you have membership you won't be able to catch it in the Safari Zone if that is correct. :y:

They recently changed dratini's spawn (maybe 2 weeks ago?) and that guide hasn't been updated in quite some time.

To clarify, the in-game Pokedex entry of a Pokemon will always be up-to-date on its spawn information, while spawn guides need to be manually updated and, as such, may not always be completely up-to-date. When in doubt, always defer to the Pokedex entry.

 

As Demmyale's image shows, Dratini is currently catchable at the Kanto Safari MS Exclusive Area (Surf), Love Island (Surf), and Dragon's Den (Super Rod). Hope that clears things up. Good luck!
