Valencia Island is not currently accessible in game. As Thor has commented in this thread, it is a long-term area that is being worked on, so you can expect to wait a while longer for its release. In the meantime, keep an eye on the Announcements board, as that's where you'll see news and updates about new areas, events, etc. Thanks for your patience!
