I want to erase by a bug I have no one to help me fix it , maybe if I delete my account you can start again

first of all, there is no reason to make more then one thread about the same problem.

 

nobody can help you, if you wont build proper sentences. and btw you can just create a new account if you want to start again

I don't think deletion is possible right now, did you report the bug in the correct sub-forum? Someone will answer you when they can.

I have a month on this issue and I do not want to help anyone. Service maintenance does not help. as you say my problem is a thread through them. to continue playing so I have to get to this point. why? Because that nobody helps
