It seems like the cannot connect to server issue is prevalent in the UAE. This thread is to help all UAE users once a solution is found.

I tired to use VPN, allow the game in Inbound and Outbound Rules of my Firewall, turning off my Firewall, running the game as admin, force running in DirectX9, changing the compatibility settings, using the 32bit version, trying it on my Android phone (Note 4), running it in Bluestacks 2, using mobile data (Etisalat), tried on all the three provided servers (Red, Blue and Yellow) and nothing fixed it

Hi there. I know that there have been issues in the past with some of the UAE Internet Service Providers when connecting to PRO, in particular Etisalat. In this case, if you're trying to connect through a restricted ISP, it seems that using a VPN is your best bet, though not an ideal solution. This user's solution thread may be helpful to look through.
