Every time I log in and play for a bit, my game would suddenly freeze and crash. My pokemon folder would then get a file and inside it would be crash files. I've been checking forums and it may be due to Windows 10 (which I have) but I've tried all the solutions I seen from other players who have similar problems but doesn't seem to work. Many Say creating a shortcut and then adding "-force-d3d9" or "forced3d9" at the end doesn't work for me either (including reinstall). Please help, I really love this game and I don't want a bad experience.

Hi there. I'm sorry to hear that you've been running into this issue. Hopefully we can get to the bottom of this.

 

Can you tell me what happens after you try adding the -force-d3d9 to the target? For example, do you get a popup that says something along the lines of "Target path invalid"? You may also need to remove and reinstall your DirectX files (you can do so using the link provided in this crash guide).
