Trade with NPC's levels

I just wanted to know if there is any connection between the level of the pokemon i give the NPC and the level of the pokemon that i get..

I mean... if i will give this NPC level 70 abra, will i get level 70 Mr. Mime? :Question:

I think no..bcoz I trade my lvl 93 dragonite to npc for goodra I got only lvl40

Nope, there isn't a connection. The NPC trade Pokemon's level is fixed to stay the same, regardless of what level your Pokemon is at.
