Whenever I try to connect to my red server account it says "user already logged in" and i'm unable to connect. It has been stuck like this for almost two days now. If I can request a red server reset that would be awesome

Hi, this problem usually occurs as a result of being disconnected, or closing the game without logging out. Your account is deadlocked in the server and will be until a server reboot occurs, which usually happens as a result of a server crash or maintenance.

Nope, sorry. I don't believe the server will be reset for just a few people either.

Hi there, I'm sorry to hear you've been having issues logging in. Unfortunately we can't give an ETA on server reboots, as they don't follow a set schedule, but you can keep an eye on this server status checker in the meantime. If the server you play on is marked as "Offline," or you see that it's only been online for a short period of time, that's a good indicator that a reboot is imminent or has already recently happened.

 

As for your EXP Boost, you can make a topic in our Donation Issues subforum, and staff will look into your issue.

Yeah kind of disappointing that this bug hasn't been fixed and the fact that I just spent real money on a boost that is going to waste >.>
