hello, this is my first post so please bear with me. I am wondering if you can evolve an eevee into glaceon at seafoam islands, and if so please tell thank you :Grin:

Afaik, you can only evolve to Glaceon by leveling up in Ice path in Johto. It's the cave before Blackthorn.
