Hi guys,

 

Few time ago I had trouble downloading the Windows Client x64. Misteriously after I do a post I downloaded again and it worked. But now, I downloaded this 10 times and it didn't work.

 

When I use Winrar do unzip I receive the mensage the file is corrupted but it finishes the unzip and when I run the client it freezes.

 

When I use 7zip to unzip the 7zip freezes in the begining of the process.

 

I'm tired of downloading, can someone help me? :Nervous:

1. Open the WinRAR application and locate the PRO .zip file, then select the "Repair" button from the toolbar menu. Try opening the file again afterwards.

 

2. Use another extractor program if WinRAR and 7zip aren't doing the trick. You can search up an online extractor, or use the default extractor that comes with the Windows OS (just double click and you should get an option to extract).

 

Let me know if the issue continues to persist, and we'll try to troubleshoot further.

The 7zip don't have this option. It have only an "analyse" option and it freezes in the process.

 

I tried too just open the .zip (just using Windows) then copy and plaste. But the game still freezing when try to load.

 

I repeated the Windows attempt after uninstall WinRar and 7zip just to test and it still doesn't working.

 

I downloaded WinZip and used it to unzip. It did not say any problem but the game doesn't not run (black screen).

 

Curiosly, I downloaded again WinRar 64 bits and it doesn't install anymore. It only manage to install the 32 bits version. However my machine is 64 bits! :Cry:

 

As a last try I downloaded PRO 32 bits version and unzip it using WinRar 32 bits and it works!

 

Now I don't know where is the problem! LOL

The problem is in PRO 64 bits file? In my machine runing 64 bits stuffs? In the WinRar?

 

Well, I can connect PRO now but if you had some ideia about the problem please tell me. :y:

Hmm, that's interesting. Did you download the client from the Downloads page or from an alternate source? Windows 64-bit actually is capable of running both 64-bit and 32-bit programs - it's just strange that the 64-bit client was giving your OS such a hard time.

 

Either way, I'm glad you were finally able to get your game running, though!
