Would it be possible at all to implement the GTL from the current 3DS Pokemon games?

 

Aka Put a pokemon in,specify which Mon you want with said lvl range(ie 10-21),minimum IVs,etc and get another Mon or money out due to the other person (anybody) completing said offer eventually.

 

Just wondering as this would make trading and filling the dex much easier, since the trade chat is just flooded with people wanting epic h.a mons or 1mil for an EV trained mon, I'm just sitting here like: "could I just get a (Mon) for my (Mon)?" Sure it'll get flooded with people making ridiculous offers but as always you'll eventually get the Mon you want, without having to spend hours grinding for it so you can focus on grinding to get the next one your list.
