Try to level your Riolu during the daytime, from 10:00-20:00 Poketime. In addition, make sure to check its happiness with the /happy 1-6 command before leveling it.

Yup, so just make sure to level your Riolu between 10:00-20:00 Poketime, since Riolu needs to be leveled with max happiness in the daytime in order to evolve.

Yup, so just make sure to level your Riolu between 10:00-20:00 Poketime, since Riolu needs to be leveled with max happiness in the daytime in order to evolve.

Riolu's evolution is working correctly, so you should be able to get a Lucario as long as you've met the conditions correctly (255 happiness, leveled during the daytime, 10:00-20:00 Poketime). In addition, if you tried using a Rare Candy before, you may want to try leveling the Riolu manually instead this time. Let me know how it works.

Riolu's evolution is working correctly, so you should be able to get a Lucario as long as you've met the conditions correctly (255 happiness, leveled during the daytime, 10:00-20:00 Poketime).
