It kicked me off last night and when I try to log back in it says I'm already logged in. It's been over 8 hours now and I still can't log in

You have to wait for the next server restart or crash to be able to login again, when this happens.

Hi, this can happen sometimes due to a server-side glitch. Essentially, the game is continuing to register your account session as active even though you've already logged out from the game. Unfortunately, in this case you'll have to wait for the next server reboot in order to log in again. You can keep an eye on the server status here.
