This chatroom should come by default so players recognise the chat and aren't constantly told ask people in this chatroom, people are really starting to get fed up with others constantly asking to rate their pokemon and there should be a chat for it whilst having its use for pokemon rating enforced by the mods. its to the degree where you see half the chat messages sometimes being about rating someones pokemon
