Hi there. Unfortunately, staff does not offer the option to reset your account.

However, because game data doesn't transfer across servers, you can try starting over on a different server instead, and it will essentially be like starting your game over. You also have the option of creating another account to play on - you're allowed 2 accounts per email address and 4 accounts total.
