The only way to donate to PRO at the moment is through Paypal. You could try using a VPN service in order to access Paypal, if it's regionally blocked off for you. I'm sorry that's happening. :( The good news is that many of the items in the Coin Shop are still tradable, so if you accumulate enough in-game currency you can always purchase them in Trade Chat or via our Trade subforums.
