Hey all, I've been having a problem with PRO randomly freezing during gameplay lately, probably a couple times an hour at least. It hasn't always happened and pretty much started since the last update. My wife and I play on the same LAN network and intermittently during gameplay both of our screens will freeze simultaneously, all other players on the screen will disappear, and we will be booted to the login screen. Our internet connection is very reliable and I can't think of anything that could have changed to cause it. It wouldn't be a big deal normally because the queues aren't too bad, but sometimes we are rolled back a couple minutes and lose valuable pokemon we have caught and items that we have used. Thanks!

Hi there. Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.

 

If the both of you are being randomly booted back to the login screen, it sounds like it's an issue with the Internet connection. Have you already tried restarting your router/modem?

 

Also, what OS are you and your wife playing on? If either of you is running Windows 10 by any chance, I'd suggest checking out this Windows 10 crash guide for potential solutions.
