I was fighting against a Rocket Grunt in Mt.Silver and disconnected from the server, when I logged back in I had been teleported to the pokemon center. After I went through Mt.Silver back to the Grunt I was fighting (blocking the way) all she says to me now is ' You couldn't even defeat me' and I can't fight her again. Is there anything I can do to resolve the problem?

Probably when NPC's reset.

The Team Rocket grunt at Mt. Silver specifically should have a cooldown of 2 hours in real time. Try facing her again after that amount of time has passed.
