Contact a full staff (except an apprentice) in game if you see them online. They will be more than happy to assist you with the trade evolution.

If you can't find any, you can either ask a friend of yours, or ask for help on all channel. Be sure to inspect the player and check the hours invested into the game (a player with many hours would highly unlikely risk his account by scamming you). However, always take screenshot of both the trade and the conversation to be on the safe side.

Do not contact staff members for private support. Share your questions on the forums as they could be useful to others.
