So i want to ask where i can ask about ban problems.

 

' Discipline Appeals ' is everything to do something for my ban problems? No one reads or answers my posts in there...

 

I want to find the reason why i have been banned. - Where can i find? i just find ' You have been banned from PRO ' and ' Temporary Ban ' from ' Account Summary '.

 

I just want to know where i can find the ban reason or some other places to appeal...

 

I'm so sorry again to post it. I just can't find where i ask it... If i have to punished for this writing, i will take it understandably. Sorry.

The best, and only, place to discuss a ban is in the Discipline Appeals section. If the information listed is the only information you were given for your ban, then you will need to wait for someone to reply to your appeal. The staff works hard to get to the reports as quickly as possible, but sometimes it can take a while before they are able to respond to yours.

Wait patiently for a GM or a TM, they will eventually handle your appeal.
