As far as I know (haven't played yet) there is EV training but there is no breeding system. I've seen devs say in the forums that there will not be any breeding in the game. Ever. :Shy:

Breeding is yet to be in game

Ivs are random when you catch a pokemon or get it through Npc trading or given as prizes

as for ev training there are alot of spots where you can train by killing wild pokemon, and also you have the safari where you can pay 10k for 20 minutes and choose what ev you want to train your pokemon in.

there are a lot of post that regarding to the EV training guide n location.

For me, once u defeat a Pokemon, u will receive that Pokemon EV. which Pokemon give u which EV, u can refer here

there is a limit for the EV value, so better get a plan in which Pokemon you gonna to fight with or not to fight with.

Eg. For the Pokemon you wish to boost its Attack, just defeat the Pokemon that provide Atk EV, when meet others Pokemon, dun swap the Pokemon, just run.
