Hey, I was just wondering what are the highest level wild pokemon you can find close to a PokeCenter? Just looking for the best places to train with strong pokemon.

Cerulean cave is the best spot to train and earn money fast. Pokemon there are around lvl 60. In order to access it though you need Dragon club membership (which costs 200k in Blackthorn) , 240 Pokemon caught and beat Boss Lance in Dragon's Den basement.

1 - Cerulean cave (Kanto)

2 - Dragons den (Johto)

3 - Hoenn victory road (Hoenn)

In addition, if you can't access Cerulean Cave yet but have already beaten the Johto Elite 4, you can try training at Mt. Silver. There are high Level 50 Pokemon there and a Pokemon Center right outside the main cave.
