I was plvling my charmeleon, and it was holding a dragon fang, them it evolved to a charizard and the dragon fang disappeared... is this normal? I really lost the item by evolving?

Sometimes that happened, I believe its a client bug. I'm sure they will fix it.

Now my onix's hard stone disappeared, he doesnt evolved and i dont know why or when it disappeared
