Thanks for letting us know what you've tried so far. Just to clarify - I know you said you've checked every folder, but were you absolutely certain to be thorough when looking through the Spam and Trash folders? Sometimes the confirmation email can get lost there, due to Gmail's email filtering.

Thank you for responding and yes I checked each folder like 5 times to make sure it wasent a error on my end. I checked the all mail inbox, draft, spam, trash heck I even checked the categories social section and still no mail confirmation. So is there anyway to get the email confirmation?

How many game accounts have you used the Gmail address for? The max is two game accounts per email address, so that may be the issue.

 

Otherwise, make sure you're checking the correct Gmail address - you can log into your Account Dashboard to verify what email you entered.

 

Can you let me know what the username of your niece's account is?

User name Raimy and no I havent use gmail to make any pokemon revolution account befor since mine is outlook. Hers is a gmail account I had that didint use befor so I allowed her to use it for the game since shes not all that computer savvy. Still I thought that by today the email confirmation would have arrived and it has not.

When did you create the PRO account? The "raimy" IGN appears to have been created back in July, is that accurate?

No I just made it this Friday and its Raimy with uppercase letter at start. If someone else used the name way befor isint the registration area supposed to tell me the name is already in use? Because it didint tell me anything like that.

Yes, you should see a message at the bottom of the screen that tells you the username is already in use, like so:

If you try again with another username, you should be able to receive the email properly this time. Make sure to scroll all the way down the page to check that you were able to register the IGN successfully, as the "username already in use" message can be easy to miss.
